A Word from the Chairman

Welcome to the Investor Section of TECSYS’ Web site. We have dedicated the next few pages to communicate to investors the TECSYS story and the Company’s on-going initiatives and achievements, from both a financial and business point of view. We trust that you will appreciate this initiative. Join me here, once a quarter, where I will share my views on TECSYS’ accomplishments. As TECSYS’ largest stakeholder, you will appreciate my perspective on shareholder returns.

In fiscal 2008 our management team made a positive difference in delivering shareholder value. They led TECSYS to achieve excellent growth in revenue and earnings; posting 25% increase in revenue compared to last year and delivering positive returns in all KPI’s (see below).

As we aim to deliver performance that is enduring, TECSYS moved forward on its strategic path by implementing a market strategy further focusing the Company on distinct profitable market sectors where we have proven to be the leading contender, namely a Healthcare Practice and a General Logistics Practice. The Healthcare group is focused primarily on hospital supply networks, and the General Logistics group on industrial, parts, import to retail and other high-volume industries.

With these strategic initiatives, the Company won a record number of business contracts, 23 of which are with new customers.  It also deployed its software at some fifty clients and continued to build a solid customer base with good recurring revenue.

The board of directors believes that TECSYS has met its short and longer term interests of shareholders in fiscal year 2008, with an appropriate balance between dividends, share buybacks and long-term growth investments. This is reflected in the fact that, in 2008 we invested some $6.7 million in future development including business expansion, R&D and acquisition, one million dollars in shares buyback and $253,000 for our first dividend payment to shareholders.

TECSYS has a clear strategy for the future, built around people, expertise and unique value proposition dedicated toward increasing value to customers which in turn translates into improved returns to shareholders. I am pleased with our achievements in 2008 and look forward to continued progress in 2009.
