Dave Brereton

Executive Chairman of the Board

Mr. Dave Brereton is the founder and current Executive Chairman of the Board of TECSYS Inc. Under his vision and leadership, TECSYS has grown from a start-up company to a leading international provider of software solutions to multinational corporations, achieving 300% growth between 1989–1992 and continuing to expand in more recent years.

Mr. Brereton served as TECSYS' President until 1995. That year, The Financial Post and Arthur Andersen & Co. chose TECSYS as one of Canada's 50 Best-Managed Private Companies.

In 1996, Mr. Brereton was named one of the country's Top 40 Executives Under 40, by The Financial Post, The Caldwell Partners, CTV Television Network, and Canadian Airlines. In 2000, he was a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young and BMO Nesbitt Burns.

Mr. Brereton is an early investor in Silanis Inc., a leading e-document technology company where he currently serves as a board member and chair of the audit committee.

Mr. Brereton is also the National Director of Youth for Christ Canada, the largest teen-focused Christian organization in Canada, and is the founder of a fully accredited high school for marginalized youth in Montreal, Quebec.

Peter Brereton

President and CEO

Mr. Peter Brereton joined TECSYS Inc. at its inception and initially led the software development side of the company before moving on to product management and eventually sales and marketing.

He was appointed President of TECSYS Inc. in 1995 and CEO in 1998 and was largely responsible for TECSYS' IPO on the Toronto and Montreal stock exchanges.

In 1998, he repositioned the company into the supply chain execution market and has led the company's strategies to increase market share in the supply chain management software arena for high-volume distributed order fulfillment. In 2001, Mr. Brereton successfully led the company in delivering its Web-based supply chain management suite of applications.

Berty Ho-Wo-Cheong

Vice-President, Finance & Administration and CFO

Mr. Berty Ho-Wo-Cheong joined TECSYS in 1998 as VP, Finance and Administration and CFO. He has over 25 years of experience in the high technology field with both private and public companies, particularly with high-growth profitable public companies, most notably with Teleglobe Inc. where he became VP Finance & Admin and CFO of the Data Communications and Insurance Systems Divisions.

Mr. Ho-Wo-Cheong played a key role in helping TECSYS through the IPO process to become a public company. His experience spans the complete disciplines of finance, administration and information systems, as well as financial disclosure and regulatory compliance for high technology public companies. He oversees TECSYS' finance, administration, management information systems as well as the financial planning, treasury, taxation and due diligence of potential acquisitions.

Mr. Ho-Wo-Cheong is a Member of TECSYS' Executive Management team, and holds a FCMA from the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (U.K.) and a CMA from the Canadian Certified Management Accountants.

Greg MacNeill

Senior Vice-President

Mr. Greg MacNeill joined TECSYS full time in May 2005, becoming a member of the TECSYS Executive Management Team.

Prior to TECSYS, Mr. MacNeill was President and CEO of Application Solutions Inc. (ASI) which was acquired by TECSYS in March of 2005. He has held senior management roles in Sales and Business Development for Ironside Technologies and other leading ERP companies.

Mr. MacNeill has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of ERP software marketing and sales along with an extensive and accomplished record in strategic business development and an outstanding track record of success in leading software and technology companies to high levels of growth, market leadership and customer satisfaction.

Mr. MacNeill is a professional engineer and earned his degree in industrial engineering from the University of Toronto.

Mike Kalika

Vice-President and General Manager, TLM Group

Mr. Michael Kalika has been with TECSYS since May 2005 and brings with him extensive experience in Supply Chain solutions and IT systems. He was appointed Vice President and General Manager of the Transportation and Logistics Management (TLM) Group and member of the Executive Management Team in the Spring of 2006.

Mr. Kalika held the position of Vice President Client Solutions at Applications Solutions Inc. (ASI), which was acquired by TECSYS in March 2005. Mike has held senior roles responsible for R&D, Pre-sales, Operations, and Client Technology Solutions for ASI, as well as his own consulting company, and at Russelsteel (a division of FEDMET inc.) and Samuel, Son & Co., Limited.

Tom Wilson

Vice-President and General Manager, SMB & IDM Groups

Mr. Tom Wilson was appointed Vice President and General Manager of the Small to Medium Business (SMB) and the Industrial Distribution Management (IDM) Groups of TECSYS in the summer of 2008. Since the spring of 2006, he was Vice President and General Manager of the SMB Group.

Mr. Wilson joined the Company in 1988 as a Project Manager and has held a number of software development and customer service management positions within the organization. With more than 30 years experience in the software industry, specializing in distribution, Mr. Wilson brings valuable expertise and leadership to the SMB and IDM divisions.

Mr. Wilson started his career with MAI Canada and became director of software development before joining TECSYS. He holds a degree in computer science from the University of Toronto.

Larry Lumsden

Vice-President, Products

Mr. Larry Lumsden joined TECSYS in the spring of 2010, bringing 25 years of experience in the software industry that he gained in North America and Europe. He is responsible for the Product Management, R&D and Support of our products.

Before joining TECSYS, Larry was Director of Core Technologies at CAE, where he was responsible for developing the platform that underpins CAE's simulation products. He has also been a leader of software development in companies such as Cúram Software, IONA Technologies and Ericsson.

Larry is a native of Ireland with a degree in Engineering from Trinity College, University of Dublin.

Bruno Dubreuil

Vice-President, Customer Delivery

Mr. Bruno DuBreuil is a seasoned hands-on executive with significant experience in business and technology management. His career spans over 25 years in the professional services field, starting with the Canadian Armed Forces as a military engineer where the foundation of his career was braced with the fundamentals of leadership, discipline and business acumen.

Following nine years with the Canadian Armed Forces, and in the next 12 years, Mr. DuBreuil led major business application development projects and customer-related professional services in the financial services, high technology and supply chain management industries with such companies as Capco, Deloitte Consulting and BCE Emergis. Mr. DuBreuil's initiatives during that time included the management of such major projects as e-Business applications, the leadership of several hundred people in the large Supply Chain integration project for the North American Division of a world leader in International Networking, among several others.

Mr. DuBreuil joined TECSYS in 2005 as Vice President, Professional Services, during which time he instilled structure, improved customer orientation and profitability to the consulting arm of TECSYS. In 2010, he was appointed to his current position. As Vice President, Customer Delivery, Mr. DuBreuil leads the consulting, software deployment, customer developments and educational services organizations, to ensure that customer expectations are met and that TECSYS' wealth in supply chain management and industry-specific expertise deliver high value to the Company's clients across several vertical market segments.

Mr. DuBreuil holds a Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering from Université du Québec and Masters in Environmental Sciences from École Polytechnique de Montréal.

Robert Colosino

Vice-President, Marketing & Business Development

With over 25 years of experience in distribution and supply chain management processes, applications and technology, Mr. Colosino's expertise spans a wide spectrum of disciplines from a career in software product development in the 1980's to heading up such key initiatives as ecommerce in the late 1990's to vertical market focus in TECSYS' marketing initiatives; helping TECSYS target and capture market share in such industries as healthcare and other key verticals.

Mr. Colosino's hands-on experience enabled him to gain a wealth of knowledge across a number of industries. In services, he went on to build a wealth of field experience by deploying TECSYS' distribution software in North America, Europe & Middle East, Asia and South America. From a customer-facing perspective, Mr. Colosino brought his expertise to the field, enabling clients to adopt best practice processes and technology to efficiently manage their distribution operations.

Between 2001 and 2005, as Vice President, business development, Mr. Colosino's focus was on building and nurturing partner relations to enhance TECSYS' product offering, technology and go-to-market initiatives.

In 2005, Mr. Colosino was appointed Vice President, Marketing and Business development. In collaboration with the members of the executive management committee, Mr. Colosino further focused TECSYS' marketing initiatives to achieve higher ROI and improved customer acquisitions, contributing to TECSYS' growth. He now focuses on continuing to penetrate TECSYS' select vertical markets and on the trends that drive the complex requirements of new and emerging business models in the supply chain management industry.

Patricia Barry

Vice-President, Human Resources

Ms. Barry has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources management—eight years in the retail industry and over 17 years in the high technology field with such companies as EXFO Protocol, Positron Fiber Systems, Paramax Systems, Phillips Information Systems, and Bombardier.

Between 1998 and 2000, Ms. Barry was a key executive in building the Company's human resources and successfully deploying the compensation and employee relations plan during periods of high growth, acquisitions and mergers. Ms. Barry rejoined TECSYS in 2003, after a three-year stint helping to build a start-up, Avantas Networks, which was acquired by EXFO Telecom.

As TECSYS' Vice-President of Human resources, she is responsible for all North American employees. Her mandate has been the successful integration of employees from acquired companies into the TECSYS family, the hiring of top talent, and retaining key employees.

Ms. Barry holds a BA in Industrial Relations from McGill University and is a member of TECSYS' Executive Management Committee.

Catalin Badea

CTO

Mr. Catalin Badea provides technology vision and direction for developing and implementing initiatives that create and maintain leadership for the enterprise in a constantly changing and intensely competitive marketplace. He has been involved with the architecture, design, development and deployment of software solutions within the supply chain for 20 years. At TECSYS, he has held a number of leadership positions including Systems Engineering Manager, Software Engineering Manager, Senior Technical Architect and Director of Technology.
