Special Games Importer to Implement TECSYS PointForce to Manage 15,000 Inventory Items — ROI Expected Within Six Months

MONTREAL, June 21, 2004 — TECSYS Inc. (TSE: TCS), a leading Supply Chain Management (SCM) software provider, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Lion Rampant Imports to implement its PointForce distribution software suite. TECSYS PointForce software will provide Lion Rampant with the edge in customer satisfaction, inventory management and reporting to exceed the company's distribution and customer requirements.

"PointForce gives us immediate access to relevant information and tightens up our business procedures, with information flowing from order to shipping all from a single database," remarked Ross Fleming, President of Lion Rampant Imports. "In searching the marketplace, I found that many companies like ours were using applications designed for retail stores, or they have written software themselves. Our challenge is that we are an importer and a wholesaler, not a retailer." Fleming also stated, "As I attended different events, the name PointForce kept coming up. After further investigation, it became clear that this application would carry us well into the 21st century. We're confident in knowing the areas of savings, especially in the amount of time saved by eliminating duplicate data entry. I expect us to see an ROI within six months."

Lion Rampant distributes over 15,000 specialty board games to independent and specialty retail outlets throughout Canada. Its current point-of-sale application for small businesses has not been able to provide timely information nor fully met its needs. Multiple databases had to be created to track critical business information - which led to errors and unnecessary time. Lion Rampant was also facing a challenge in keeping up with its own success. The company has grown sales and revenue every year of the 12 years since its inception. To keep up with this growth and expansion, the PointForce suite of applications enable Lion Rampant to continue to focus on its business with centralized information management, complete with full visibility and reporting capabilities.
