TECSYS and AppsGo to Launch End-to-End Wireless Solutions

MONTREAL, January 27, 2005 — TECSYS Inc. (TSX: TCS), a leading Supply Chain Management (SCM) software company, announced today a partnership agreement to jointly create end-to-end wireless enterprise solutions with AppsGo Concepts Inc. based in Montreal, QC.

The two firms have complementary technologies that speed up two of the most time-consuming areas of software development: wireless user interface design and back-end ERP/SCM integration. AppsGo’s ‘write once, mobilize anywhere” (WOMA) framework eliminates the complexity and high cost of supporting multiple wireless devices and platforms and dramatically shortens the time to market and deployment of wireless enterprise applications. TECSYS EliteSeries’ Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) development environment provides the ability to access and manage corporate information systems and databases. By combining forces, the two companies will enable businesses to add mobile support to their existing enterprise applications and to deliver on any supported wireless platforms such as: Blackberry, Palm, PocketPC, Symbian, tablet PC or any handheld data capture devices.
