TECSYS Announces Delay of Financial Results

MONTREAL, June 20, 2006 — TECSYS Inc. (TSX: TCS), an industry-leading supply chain management software company, announces that due to the delay in the availability of financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2006, the Company must postpone the conference call originally scheduled for 5 p.m. today.  The conference call and the release of the financial results will be rescheduled and will be announced accordingly.
