TECSYS Inc. Files 2006 Annual Report

MONTREAL, August 29, 2006—TECSYS Inc. (TSX: TCS), an industry-leading supply chain management company announced today that it has filed with securities regulatory authorities its 2006 annual report including audited annual consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended April 30, 2006 and restated annual consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended April 30, 2005 (including comparative restated results for the financial year ended April 30, 2004).

TECSYS also announced that, to complete the previously announced restatement of financial results, it has filed with securities regulatory authorities restated unaudited interim financial statements for the first three quarters of fiscal 2006.

TECSYS’ 2006 annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on October 17, 2006.
