TECSYS Inc. Announces Organizational Change

Montreal, October 31, 2006 – TECSYS Inc. (TSX: TCS), an industry-leading supply chain management company announced today that Peter Brereton, currently President and Co-CEO, was named President and CEO effective November 1, 2006 by the board of directors. David Brereton continues in his position as Executive Chairman of TECSYS Inc. but will no longer serve as Co-CEO as of November 1, 2006. The board of directors believes that separating the roles of chairman and CEO will ensure not only better corporate governance for TECSYS but also the continuing streamlining of operations.
