Two Major Caterpillar® Dealers Select TECSYS' WMS Solution to Manage their Parts Distribution and Improve Customer Service

MONTREAL, May 30, 2007 — TECSYS Inc. (TSX: TCS), an industry-leading supply chain management software company announced today the addition to its customer base of two major Caterpillar Dealers in the U.S., solidifying the company’s position in this market as a strategic partner and enabling those dealers to handle Caterpillar’s 20/20 initiative. The two organizations are:

A Caterpillar Dealer with 28 branches and 1400 employees in the northeastern part of the U.S.
A Caterpillar Dealer with 12 branches and 400 employees in the south-central part of the U.S.

Both organizations needed to move away from their labour-intensive logistics operations and acquire a warehouse management system compatible with the Caterpillar Dealer environment. Of equal importance was their need for a system that provided clear visibility across their enterprises and supported, in real-time, their vital customer services operations.

The two dealers’ decisions were partially based on two customer referrals, the latter being from Milton CAT, TECSYS’ latest implementation in the Caterpillar Dealer environment. In addition to these referrals, the two organizations were convinced by TECSYS’ unique capabilities, which include:

TECSYS’ EliteSeries for IBM System i, a proven product in the Caterpillar Dealer environment and its integration to the Dealers’ Business System (DBS)
Expertise in distribution and specific experience in Caterpillar Dealers’ operations
Know-how to be able to plug into the IBM System i legacy system
Ability to integrate the EliteSeries for IBM System i with automated material handling devices such as conveyors, put-to lights and carousels.
Technology that provides full visibility, in real-time, as to what is happening in the entire organization
