Making Lean replenishment work at the point of use

Managing just-in-time inventory this way, however, requires accurate, real-time insight into what’s used and where. The hospital wanted to streamline logistics, improve replenishment accuracy, recover staff time, optimize inventory levels and give its LUM provider better data.
